I have known Katrina for many years, and have enjoyed watching her grow not only in her own life as a business woman and Christian, but also as a team leader, speaker and teacher. I have been training with Katrina for about 3 year and still get excited about every workout! Katrina has taught me so much about fitness, nutrition, and how the body works as a whole. Because of Katrina’s encouragement and continually challenging workouts, I can do things I never thought I could have done. For the past twenty five years, I have been working out three times a week doing cardio only. But as I approached my mid-forties, I found that it was difficult to maintain my weight without spending extra hours at the club. When I met Katrina Yniguez through the weight loss program last fall, she told me that I was working harder than necessary and that I could also maintain my weight through weight training. I was very skeptical but I thought I’d give it a try. After Katrina did a brief evaluation, she could pinpoint which muscles were weak and which ones were compensating, causing problems in my posture. We worked initially on strengthening these muscles when she realized how much pain I had in my hips. In the past two years, I spent thousands of dollars on doctors that told me to expect the pain (I was in an auto accident when I was a teenager). But after working with Katrina, she found out the main cause of my pain and worked with me to solve it. By the sixth session, my hip pain was gone. We are now working on the muscles in my body that haven’t been used in years and I am finding that it is much easier to exercise or just do daily activities now that they are getting stronger. Also to my surprise, I don’t have to work out as hard to maintain my weight. Katrina has totally changed my life with just a few training sessions. It is wonderful to have my life back and live life pain free.

When I think of Katrina, I think of a pebble thrown into a pond. She’s so humble and obedient to her calling that she’s impacted more lives than she will ever know. Not only has she transformed my life for the better, but her materials, her coaching, her faith, and her heart for humanity have had a ripple effect she’s unaware of. Katrina has changed the lives of thousands upon thousands of people. I cannot ask them all to write a testimonial, but I can certainly speak on their behalf. Certain people are born visionaries, blessed by God to serve as a role model and take on an impactful role on this Earth for such a time as this. Katrina is one of those rare individuals. Katrina has been my fitness angel for about 15 years now. She was the one who had me at my best for my wedding day, she was there for me through both pregnancies, and She was the one who bounced me back after each kiddo. I cannot imagine what I would do without her! You will never meet a trainer more knowledgeable, more passionate about fitness, or more dedicated to your goals. Every client of hers has a unique workout plan, she gets that no two people are alike and customizes a workout plan specific to you and your needs, limitations and goals. I only hesitate to write this glowing review of her because then she will be too busy for me! All jokes aside, if you are looking for a personal trainer, Katrina is the one. Hands down.

Katrina has been a wonderful source of inspiration, support and motivation to me. She is sooo genuine, an amazing listener, and a prayer warrior! She has helped me countless times to put more focus on developing myself as a leader, given me awesome tools for better time management and lovingly pushed me out of my comfort zone so I can achieve my dreams and goals. I really cannot say enough kind things about this amazing woman.
